Pino de Pilancones

"El Pino de Pilancones", in San Bartolomé de Tirajana municipality,is a very big tree which had been lofty for about 400 years, and it was an emblematic simbol of Gran Canaria.

It was catalogued one of the most singular trees in Spain but in 2008 it died due to its age and the human intervention, as a result of a fire.

Today, you can go thorugh a marvellous path to visit the place where it used to be where it still stay vaulted.
